   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of Serge Fréchette, a Vice-Chairperson of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, for the period he is acting as Chairperson, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($218,700 - $257,400), commencing on October 4, 2010 and ending February 3, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe le traitement de Serge Fréchette, vice-président du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (218 700 $ - 257 400 $), commençant le 4 octobre 2010 et se terminant le 3 février 2011.
