His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Shubenacadie Band, as Wallace Hills Indian Reserve No. 14A in Nova Scotia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 54.799 hectares (135.36 acres), excluding mines and minerals.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande Shubenacadie, pour constituer la réserve indienne Wallace Hills n ^o 14A, en Nouvelle-Écosse, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 54,799 hectares (135,36 acres), mines et minéraux exclus.
