Whereas, pursuant to subsection 30(1) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Amendment 9), substantially in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on April 10, 2010 and a reasonable opportunity was afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect to the proposed Regulations;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 27 and 27.1 of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Amendment 9).

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 30(1) de la Loi de 1992 sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses (modification n^o 9), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 10 avril 2010 et que les intéressés ont eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard au ministre des Transports,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 27 et 27.1 de la Loi de 1992 sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses (modification n^o 9), ci-après.
