His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 5.1(4) of the Canada Oil and Gas Operations Act, hereby consents to the approval by the National Energy Board of Part I of the Development Plan for the Parsons Lake gas field located on the Mackenzie Delta, Northwest Territories, filed with the Board by the ConocoPhillips Canada (North) Limited and ExxonMobil Canada Properties, on October 7, 2004 and approved on December 3, 2010.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 5.1(4) de la Loi sur les opérations pétrolières au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée l’approbation, par l’Office national de l’énergie de la première partie du plan de mise en valeur du champ gazier de Parsons Lake situé dans la région du delta du Mackenzie (Territoires du Nord-Ouest), déposé le 7 octobre 2004 auprès de l’Office par ConocoPhillips Canada (North) Limited et ExxonMobil Canada Properties et approuvé le 3 décembre 2010.
