   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 1, 2010-11, hereby reappoints Philippe Marc Birger as Honorary Consul of Canada at Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius, for a period of three years, effective March 19, 2011, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Philippe Marc Birger, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2010-2011, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Philippe Marc Birger au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Port-Louis (République de Maurice), pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 19 mars 2011, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ - 5 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Philippe Marc Birger peuvent mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
