    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Industry of Brian Hayward of East St. Paul, Manitoba, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective June 18, 2011.

    Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement par le ministre de l’Industrie du mandat de Brian Hayward, d’East St. Paul (Manitoba), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans, à compter du 18 juin 2011.
