   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsections 5(2) and (3) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints the Honourable James S. Edwards, P.C., of Edmonton, Alberta, as a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective April 11, 2011.
