   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsections 5(2) and (3) of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints Joanne C. Keselman of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as a member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective May 9, 2011.
