   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(2) of the Export Development Act, hereby reappoints Jim Dinning of Calgary, Alberta, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, effective June 22, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 4(2) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Jim Dinning, de Calgary (Alberta), président du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 22 juin 2011.
