    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, hereby

 (a) after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, pursuant to subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, of Calgary, Alberta, as auditor of Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010; and

 (b) pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a) après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme KPMG LLP, comptables agréés, de Calgary (Alberta), vérificateur de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, une filiale à cent pour cent de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2010;

 b) en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général du Canada covérificateur de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, une filiale à cent pour cent de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2010.
