   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(2) of the National Arts Centre Act, hereby appoints Kimberley M. Bozak of Toronto, Ontario, to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
