   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 20.7 of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Marie-Josée Bédard of Gatineau, Quebec, a Judge of the Federal Court, to be a member of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal to hold office for a term of five years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 20.7 de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Marie-Josée Bédard, de Gatineau (Québec), juge à la Cour fédérale, au poste de membre du Tribunal de la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles pour un mandat de cinq ans.
