   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 20.7 of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Sean J. Harrington of Ottawa, Ontario, a Judge of the Federal Court, to be a member of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal to hold office for a term of four years.

Harrington, d’Ottawa (Ontario), juge à la Cour fédérale, au poste de membre du Tribunal de la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles pour un mandat de quatre ans.
