   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 12, 22 and 23 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, hereby appoints Linda Gobeil of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($163,100 - $191,900), effective April 28, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 12, 22 et 23 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Linda Gobeil, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-présidente de la Commission des relations de travail dans la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (163 100 $ - 191 900 $), à compter du 28 avril 2011.
