   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Jean-Guy Bergeron of Jonquière, Quebec, as a director of the Saguenay Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective May 9, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Jean-Guy Bergeron, de Jonquière (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire du Saguenay, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 9 mai 2011.
