   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Charlie Oliver of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective June 18, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Charlie Oliver, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 18 juin 2011.
