   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby:

 (a)  reappoints James Wilson of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as Treaty Commissioner of the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years; and

 (b)  fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 7 ($190,400 - $224,000);

effective April 1, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a)  nomme de nouveau James Wilson, de Winnipeg (Manitoba), commissaire du bureau de la Commission des relations découlant des traités du Manitoba, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans;

 b)  fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (190 400 $ - 224 000 $);

à compter du 1^er avril 2011.
