His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, hereby

(a) pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to Encana Corporation of Amending Order AO-1-GC-108, a copy of which is attached; and

(b) pursuant to section 52 of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity GC-117, a copy of which is attached.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, agrée la délivrance à Encana Corporation, par l’Office national de l’énergie, de l’ordonnance modificatrice AO-1-GC-108, dont une copie est jointe;

b) en vertu de l’article 52 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, agrée la délivrance à NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd., par l’Office national de l’énergie, du certificat d’utilité publique GC-117, dont une copie est jointe.
