His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 8.1(8), section 12 and subsection 164(1) of the Customs Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Reporting of Imported Goods Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 8.1(8), de l’article 12 et du paragraphe 164(1) de la Loi sur les douanes, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur la déclaration des marchandises importées, ci-après.
