His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 10 of the First Nations Certainty of Land Title Act, chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2010, hereby fixes March 1, 2011 as the day on which that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur la certitude des titres fonciers des premières nations, chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er mars 2011 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi.
