Whereas the Honourable Anthony E. Cusinato, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, will attain the age of seventy-five years on March 25, 2011, and, therefore, will cease to hold office on that date under the provisions of subsection 99(2) of the Constitution Act, 1867;

And whereas the Honourable Anthony E. Cusinato has held judicial office for at least ten years;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 42(1)(d) of the Judges Act, hereby grants an annuity of $180,933.33 to the Honourable Anthony E. Cusinato, commencing on March 25, 2011, and continuing during his life.

Attendu que l’honorable Anthony E. Cusinato, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, atteindra l’âge de soixante-quinze ans le 25 mars 2011 et que, en conséquence, il cessera d’occuper son poste à cette date en vertu du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867;

Attendu que l’honorable Anthony E. Cusinato a exercé des fonctions judiciaires pendant au moins dix ans,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’alinéa 42(1)d) de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde à l’honorable Anthony E. Cusinato, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 180 933,33 $, payable à compter du 25 mars 2011.
