His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Government Property Traffic Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Government Property Traffic Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
