His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 25 of the Maanulth First Nations Final Agreement Act, chapter 18 of the Statutes of Canada, 2009, hereby fixes February 15, 2011 as the day on which sections 10 and 11 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 25 de la Loi sur l’accord définitif concernant les premières nations maanulthes, chapitre 18 des Lois du Canada (2009), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 15 février 2011 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 10 et 11 de cette loi.
