   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 94 of the Marine Liability Act, hereby reappoints Alfred H.E. Popp, Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, as the Administrator of the Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range $475 - $550.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 94 de la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Alfred H.E. Popp, c.r., d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur de la Caisse d’indemnisation des dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures causée par les navires, à titre inamovible, pour une période de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle 475 $ - 550 $.
