     His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, after consultation with the board of directors of The Canadian Wheat Board, pursuant to section 3.09 of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby reappoints Ian White of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as President of The Canadian Wheat Board to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective March 31, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Commission canadienne du blé, et en vertu de l’article 3.09 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Ian White, de Winnipeg (Manitoba), président directeur général de la Commission canadienne du blé pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 31 mars 2011.
