   Whereas, pursuant to subsection 10(3) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, the Minister of Finance has consulted with the Minister of Finance for Ontario before making a recommendation to the Governor in Council with respect to the reappointment of Murray Wallace of London, Ontario, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board;

     Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 10(1) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, hereby reappoints Murray Wallace of London, Ontario, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending October 11, 2013.

   Attendu que, en vertu du paragraphe 10(3) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, le ministre des Finances a consulté le ministre des Finances de l’Ontario avant de recommander au gouverneur en conseil le renouvellement du mandat de Murray Wallace, de London (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 10(1) et (5) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Murray Wallace, de London (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour une période se terminant le 11 octobre 2013.
