His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the International Development Research Centre Act, hereby re-appoints Xue Lan, of Beijing, China, as a governor of the Board of Governors of the International Development Research Centre, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du paragraphe 5(3) de la Loi sur le Centre de recherches pour le développement international, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Xue Lan, de Beijing (Chine), gouverneur du Conseil des gouverneurs du Centre de recherches pour le développement international, à titre amovible, pour une période de quatre ans.
