His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, hereby appoints the following persons, each of whom is or has been a judge of a superior, county or district court of a province, to be deputy judges of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behavior until attaining the age of seventy-five years:

(a) the Honourable Colleen L. Kenny

(b) the Honourable Michael F. Brown

(c) the Honourable Terrance P. O’Connor

(d) the Honourable G. Patrick Smith

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme les personnes ci-après, chacune étant ou ayant été juge d’une cour supérieure, de comté ou de district d’une province, juges adjoints de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible et jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent l’âge de soixante-quinze ans :

a) l’honorable Colleen L. Kenny

b) l’honorable Michael F. Brown

c) l’honorable Terrance P. O’Connor

d) l’honorable G. Patrick Smith
