His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraphs 304(1)(c), (f), (f.1) and (o) and subsection 304(2) of the Excise Act, 2001, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Stamping and Marking of Tobacco Products Regulations (2011).

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu des alinéas 304(1)c), f), f.1) et o) et du paragraphe 304(2) de la Loi de 2001 sur l’accise, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’estampillage et le marquage des produits du tabac (2011), ci-après.
