    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2008-57 of January 29, 2008 by replacing the words “pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act” with the words “pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act”.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2008-57 du 29 janvier 2008 en remplaçant les mots « en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada » par les mots « en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada ».
