    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsections 28(3) and 31(1) of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby re-appoints John K. Lynn of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, as Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending May 31, 2015, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range CEO 3 ($169,900 - $199,900).

Lynn, de New Glasgow (Nouvelle-Écosse), premier dirigeant de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, à titre amovible, pour une période se terminant le 31 mai 2015, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (169 900 $ - 199 900 $).
