His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada appointed by Commission under the Great Seal to be the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2010 and ending on March 31, 2015.

Sur recommandation du membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada chargé, par commission sous le grand sceau, de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la modification du plan d’entreprise de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2010 et se terminant le 31 mars 2015.
