His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister of the Environment, and the Treasury Board, hereby

(a) pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the portion of the 2010-2011 to 2014-2015 corporate plan of Parc Downsview Park Inc. relating to the period commencing on April 1, 2010 and ending on March 31, 2011; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 99(2) of the Financial Administration Act, authorizes the disposal of property held by Parc Downsview Park Inc. as set out in the corporate plan and the retention and use of the proceeds of the disposal.

Sur recommandation du leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes et ministre de l’Environnement, et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, approuve la partie du plan d’entreprise de 2010-2011 à 2014-2015 de Parc Downsview Park Inc. relative à la période commençant le 1^er avril 2010 et se terminant le 31 mars 2011;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, autorise Parc Downsview Park Inc. à céder des biens qu’elle détient conformément à son plan d’entreprise, ainsi qu’à conserver et à utiliser le produit des cessions.
