His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport enter into agreements substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions as have been approved by the Treasury Board, for the purposes of implementing the Road Safety Transfer Payment Program.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, d’accords conformes en substance aux conditions approuvées par le Conseil du Trésor, pour la mise en œuvre du Programme de paiements de transfert de sécurité routière.
