His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Government of Canada, to provide an indemnity to any person referred to in the annexed schedule, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in that schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise le ministre des Transports à verser, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, une indemnité aux personnes visées à l’annexe ci-jointe, conformément aux conditions qui y sont précisées.
