His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, hereby authorizes that Minister to make a one-time ex gratia payment of $100,000 to each of the following organizations on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh:

(a) the True Patriot Love Foundation; and

(b) the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise ce ministre à verser, à titre gracieux, un paiement unique de 100 000 $, au nom de Sa Majesté la Reine et de Son Altesse Royale le duc d’Édimbourg, à chacun des organismes suivants :

a) la Fondation True Patriot Love;

b) la Caisse de bienfaisance de la Marine royale canadienne.
