His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 163(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, hereby approves the Interim Order Modifying the Operation of the Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations, made by the Minister of the Environment on November 29, 2010.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 163(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’Arrêté d’urgence modifiant l’application du Règlement sur les émissions des moteurs hors route à allumage par compression, pris le 29 novembre 2010 par le ministre de l’Environnement.
