His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits all interest — calculated as of September 14, 2010 to be in the amounts of $64.77, $5,472.55, $20,759.78, $6,526.56 and $693.73 — and all relevant interest on that interest, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Jacqueline Doskoch for the 1980, 1981, 1983, 1984 and 1985 taxation years, respectively.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise des sommes représentant tous les intérêts payés ou à payer par Jacqueline Doskoch pour les années d’imposition 1980, 1981, 1983, 1984 et 1985, au titre de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, lesquelles, en date du 14 septembre 2010, s’élevaient à 64,77 $, 5 472,55 $, 20 759,78 $, 6 526,56 $ et 693,73 $, respectivement, ainsi que des intérêts sur ces intérêts.
