His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the penalties and interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits penalties in the amounts of $11.20 and $19.16 for the 1995 and 1998 taxation years, respectively, and arrears interest in the amounts of $907.45, $2,852.15, $449.25, $683.10 and $131.91 for the 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997 and 1998 taxation years, respectively, and all interest on the penalties and interest, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Laura Speakman.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise des sommes de 11,20 $ et 19,16 $ à titre de pénalités pour les années d’imposition 1995 et 1998, respectivement, ainsi que des sommes de 907,45 $, 2 852,15 $, 449,25 $, 683,10 $ et 131,91 $ à titre d’intérêts pour les années d’imposition 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997 et 1998, respectivement, payés ou à payer par Laura Speakman au titre de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts sur ces sommes.
