   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that, pursuant to subsections 75(1) and 76(1) of the Parliament of Canada Act, a commission under the Great Seal of Canada do issue reappointing William Robert Young, of the City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, as Parliamentary Librarian to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year effective December 12, 2010, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 6 ($141,000 - $165,900).

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que, en vertu des paragraphes 75(1) et 76(1) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, une commission sous le grand sceau du Canada soit émise, nommant de nouveau William Robert Young, de la ville d’Ottawa, dans la province d’Ontario, en qualité de bibliothécaire parlementaire, à titre amovible, pour un mandat d’un an à compter du 12 décembre 2010, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 6 (141 000 $ - 165 900 $).
