   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of James Ian MacPherson of Victoria, British Columbia, as a member of the Pacific Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 3 et 11 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement par le ministre des Transports du mandat de James Ian MacPherson, de Victoria (Colombie-Britannique), membre de l’Administration de pilotage du Pacifique à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans.
