   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsections 22.1(1) and (2) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services, hereby appoints Frank Brunetta of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Procurement Ombudsman, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($165,400 - $194,700), effective January 4, 2011.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux Publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des paragraphes 22.1(1) et (2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Frank Brunetta, d’Ottawa (Ontario), ombudsman de l’approvisionnement, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (165 400 $ - 194 700 $), à compter du 4 janvier 2011.
