   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Gregory Skapti Arason of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Pritam S. Lamba, effective January 1, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Gregory Skapti Arason, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Pritam S. Lamba, à compter du 1^er janvier 2011.
