    Whereas, in accordance with subsection 6(2) of the Specific Claims Tribunal Act, the Governor in Council established a roster of superior court judges who may act as members of the Specific Claims Tribunal;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Specific Claims Tribunal Act, hereby appoints the Honourable G. Patrick Smith, a judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, as named on the roster established in accordance with subsection 6(2) of that Act, to be a full-time member of the Specific Claims Tribunal for a term of two years, effective November 26, 2010.

   Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur le tribunal des revendications particulières, le gouverneur en conseil a établi la liste des juges de juridiction supérieure qui peuvent être nommés membres du Tribunal des revendications particulières,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 6(3) de la Loi sur le tribunal des revendications particulières, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable G. Patrick Smith, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario — dont le nom figure sur la liste établie conformément au paragraphe 6(2) de cette loi — membre à temps plein du Tribunal des revendications particulières pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 26 novembre 2010.
