   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 1, 2010-11, hereby reappoints Louise Di Tomasso as Honorary Consul of Canada at Guardalavaca, Republic of Cuba, for a period of three years, effective December 3, 2010, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($10,000 - $15,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Louise Di Tomasso, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2010-2011, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Louise Di Tomasso au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Guardalavaca (République de Cuba), pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 3 décembre 2010, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (10 000 $ - 15 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Louise Di Tomasso peuvent mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
