   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of Canada Lands Company Limited for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée pour l’année financière se terminant le 31 mars 2011.
