   Whereas pursuant to subsection 11.1(1) of the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Act, the Governor in Council shall appoint an advisory panel of at least two members from each province and territory and shall name one of the members as Chairperson;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 11.1(1) of the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Act, hereby:

 (a)  appoints Douglas Rundell of North Saanich, British Columbia, to be a member of the advisory panel to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

 (b)  names Douglas Rundell, a member of the advisory panel, as Chairperson of the panel.

     Attendu que, en vertu du paragraphe 11.1(1) de la Loi sur les paiements versés en remplacement d’impôts, le gouverneur en conseil constitue un comité consultatif composé d’au moins deux membres de chaque province et territoire, dont un président,

     À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 11.1(1) de la Loi sur les paiements versés en remplacement d’impôts, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a)  nomme Douglas Rundell, de North Saanich (Colombie-Britannique), membre du comité consultatif, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans;

 b)  nomme Douglas Rundell, membre du comité consultatif, à titre de président de ce comité.
