His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Finance Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) subsection 978(1) of the Bank Act;

(b) subsection 463(1) of the Cooperative Credit Associations Act;

(c) subsection 1021(1) of the Insurance Companies Act; and

(d) subsection 531(1) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Finances), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 978(1) de la Loi sur les banques;

b) du paragraphe 463(1) de la Loi sur les associations coopératives de crédit;

c) du paragraphe 1021(1) de la Loi sur les sociétés d’assurances;

d) du paragraphe 531(1) de la Loi sur les sociétés de fiducie et de prêt.
