His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints, during pleasure, the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry as Official Receivers for all Bankruptcy districts and divisions in Canada:

(a) Colleen Bond of Vancouver, British Columbia;

(b) Christine Daniel of Toronto, Ontario;

(c) Kim Desjardins of Gatineau, Quebec;

(d) Francyne Hunter of Halifax, Nova Scotia;

(e) Aaron Landa of Vancouver, British Columbia;

(f) Colin Peacock of London, Ontario;

(g) Mindy Shouldice of Ottawa, Ontario; and

(h) Hilary Way of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, nomme les fonctionnaires ci-après du Bureau du surintendant des faillites du ministère de l’Industrie, séquestres officiels, à titre amovible, pour tous les districts et toutes les divisions de faillite du Canada :
