   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2010-1072 of August 10, 2010 by adding the words “and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($126,900 - $149,300)”, effective August 10, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2010-1072 du 10 août 2010 en ajoutant les mots « et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (126 900 $ - 149 300 $) », à compter du 10 août 2010.
